Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial. Upload a real bank CSV, see your BAS summary drafted in minutes. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You're prompted to choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — your BAS job history stays intact. We only lock processing on new uploads once you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're credited for the unused portion of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. You save roughly 2 months compared to month-to-month. We'll remind you 30 days before renewal.
Does QuickShift integrate with my existing software?
BAS Prep exports structured data that's compatible with most bookkeeping software. We're working on direct integrations with Xero and MYOB — coming soon.
Who handles support?
We do. Starter gets email support with a 24-hour response time. Pro gets priority email and chat. Firm gets phone support and a dedicated onboarding session.
